Is Leonard Fournette still a reliable fantasy back?

Leonard Fournette signing with the Bucs makes them even more of a power house. There offense is so stacked that some may go as far to say that many Bucs players are not reliable fantasy options. I completely disagree with that and here's why...

Bucs Improvement:

For the past few years the bucs have been half a football team having trouble finding success. But ever since they hired Bruce Arians as there head coach they've been some what as revived as a football team. Especially this offseason after adding star players such as Tom Brady, Rob Gronkowski, and now Leonard Fournette. They've also slightly upgraded there O Line which will improve the Bucs run game.

Affects on Fournette:

All those additions make the Bucs lineup very strong but the one thing the Bucs did not have before Fournette was a proven RB. The projected starting RB going into 2020 was Ronald Jones who's been underwhelming since being drafted in 2018 with only 768 combined rushing yards in his career, 724 of those yards were from 2019 alone. One RB we can't forget about is rookie Ke'Shawn Vaughn who they drafted in the 3rd round this year. I don't see him being much of a problem towards Fournettes fantasy performance due to him still only being a rookie and sitting behind Ronald Jones on the depth chart. But for future years he's definitely someone to look for. The Bucs revamped O Line also helps Fournette greatly which is very much a change for him due to him not having much of an O line on the Jaguars. Him still putting up high fantasy numbers on a much worse team tells me that he will likely still be able to replicate those numbers or even top them on the Bucaneers. He will still have to fight for targets with players such as Mike Evans, Chris Godwin, and Rob Gronkowski but carry's wise he'll be just fine.

Where to draft him:

For the 2020 season I don't see Fournette being anything above a high RB2/ Low RB1 player in PPR leagues. If he can prove to be consistently great then he has a shot at being a solid RB1 but until then he's a safe bet at your RB2 spot. I wouldn't draft Fournette anything above the third round or maybe even wait to see if you can snag him in round four.
